Terms of Delivery

EBY Bakehouse offers delivery throughout the week to different areas around Cairo (Egypt).

Once order is placed, you will be contacted to coordinate the best timing for the arrival of the delivery. In addition, if you give a different phone number than the recipient, we will not be able to contact the recipient in order to be notified of the arrival of the parcel.
- CONSERVING AND TRANSPORTING OUR PRODUCTS
Order preparation is taken care of by our team in our facilities. We pay special attention to preparing your order for shipment. Products are arranged and packed with the greatest of care. Our packaging also includes insulating materials in order to guarantee an ideal temperature throughout the transportation process. The quality and freshness of EBY Bakehouse products is therefore maintained.
- IMPORTANT: IF RECIPIENT IS ABSENT or no reply
In order to enable the most efficient delivery service possible for your order, it is important to provide complete information relating to the delivery address including, but not limited to: building number, floor and apartment number, compound name, and landmarks nearby.
EBY Bakehouse will not be held responsible for merchandise that is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address or due to the absence of the recipient.
In case of absence by the recipient, the delivery person will either leave the package with the doorman or neighbour, unless otherwise instructed and coordinated upon with the person of contact in the order placement. In the case that neither are options, we regret to have to order return to the kitchen without a refund option.
The products are shipped cold and the refrigerated delivery truck maintains your products at the proper temperature throughout the transport process. However, if your order is requested to be delivered outside the schedule, products might be delivered without a refrigerated truck.
- Modifying a delivery
For any order modifications (change of ordered items, delivery address, delivery date, etc.), it must be at least two working days before the due delivery date. Our team can be reached by email or by telephone from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
